Kee was born out of a simple, stubborn belief: that businesses deserve better than being treated like an account number.
Before Kee existed, our founder spent years inside one of the big suppliers, working at Cable & Wireless as an Account Manager, looking after large corporate clients across the Midlands. From the inside, she saw exactly what businesses were up against.
She watched good companies get passed from department to department. She saw them chase answers, repeat themselves to stranger after stranger, and lose every scrap of history the moment their account manager moved on. There was no relationship. No ownership. No one who actually knew them. Just contracts, targets, and hold music.
She refused to work that way. She took ownership of her clients as if their businesses were her own, learning how they really worked, protecting their interests, and picking up the phone before problems became emergencies. Her clients noticed. They stopped seeing her as “the supplier” and started seeing her as part of their team.
So when she left to build something of her own, something remarkable happened. Her clients came with her. Not because of a contract or a discount, but because they trusted her, and they trusted the way she worked.
That trust is the foundation Kee is built on, and it is still everything we do.
